They kept us informed of everything that was being done through phone calls, email, photos, We had no problems being "off site" during this project. The design and workmanship were top notch. Stuart will not build anything unless it's done correctly! The way he would do it in his own home. And with Lorna you get a talented designer with a lot of great ideas. I can’t recommend Malrose Homes enough! Designer Lorna and Stuart are an exceptional team who transformed our properties with their outstanding talent and professionalism. Before selling our home at NW 12th Street in Delray Beach, they tackled the renovation of all 3 bathrooms, kitchen renovation, all new windows and roof, with impeccable design work and top-notch quality, delivering everything on time. Their expertise helped us sell the property on the first day it was offered at a significantly higher value. They also helped us with a very quick kitchen overhaul in the new property we bought in the neighborhood before we moved in. 

We also partnered with them as investors on a complete gut renovation at 1011 NW 4th Ave., which was completed on schedule and sold within days during peak season. We highly recommend Malrose Homes for any home design or renovation project that you may be considering.  Stuart and Lorna are a terrific team who are very creative and incredibly responsive. They are a pleasure to work with and true professionals.

We purchased an older home in Delray Beach that was in need of extensive renovation. We believed that the house had great potential, but didn't know where to begin as we were new to the area and the renovation process. Lorna and Stuart carefully guided us every step of the way down to the smallest detail. This included creating a new floor plan for the entry to the house, kitchen and bathrooms, modernizing the home's electrical and plumbing systems, selecting flooring, cabinets, countertops and fixtures, all while working within our budget. 

Most importantly, they listened to us, presented us with options and then executed upon the agreed upon plan efficiently and effectively.  We are thrilled with the end result which is far better than we could have imagined. Thanks to Malrose Homes, our mid-century Lake Ida house has been transformed and is now spacious and modern, all while maintaining its original charm.

Lorna and Stuart at Malrose Homes could not have been more helpful with their advice and efficient liaising with all the contractors needed to get the work done in and outside our home, working to the time constraints we had. They were incredibly knowledgeable and offered us options we didn’t know were possible, whilst keeping budgets in mind.
